Two Weeks Later, a Newsom Homeless Measure Still Hangs in the Balance

California’s Proposition 1, a mental health ballot measure aimed at addressing homelessness, remains too close to call two weeks after Super Tuesday. The yes vote is currently ahead by fewer than 20,000 votes, with about 220,000 ballots yet to be counted.
